About this website

This site is operated by Dr Rachel Megahy, trading as Pet Loss Psychology, part of Prism Psychology Ltd (company number SC707886). It provides information, free and paid resources, and a way to enquire about psychological support and professional services.

Not a substitute for clinical care or crisis support

The information and resources on this site are for general educational purposes. They do not constitute psychological treatment, a clinical assessment, or individual advice, and using the site does not create a therapist–client relationship. Nothing here should replace advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

If you are in crisis or need urgent help, the site cannot provide it. Please contact your GP, call 116 123 (Samaritans), or go to your nearest A&E.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that services are available or that we will be able to work together. We will respond to let you know, and any work is subject to a separate agreement entered into at that stage.

The book and journal are sold through third-party retailers such as Amazon. Purchases are made on those platforms and are governed by their terms and policies, not these.
