• Practising the scripts that protect boundaries
• Running a Team Pause after a hard case
• Working through your own team's hard cases, in confidence
• A team self-audit against the guide's checklist
• A CPD certificate on completion

Who it's for

Veterinary practices, practice groups, and pet crematorium and aftercare teams. Sessions are kept small so everyone can take part.
